Job Description
Position: Computer System/Network Phone Tech
Employment:
You are the front line. Taking calls, determining the issue the client is having in less than three questions. You have the knowledge to remote control their PC, their Servers, and navigate their network. Did I mention the client has no patience to talk with you? You know how to take ownership of the problem and resolve it in one call from the client.
• 3-5 years helpdesk experience.
• Proficient in Windows Operating systems, Windows 2000, 2003 servers,
Windows XP Pro
• Proficient in network troubleshooting, TCP/IP, WINS, DNS, DHCP, NETBIOS
• Experience working with third-party software ISP helpdesk, troubleshooting
client issues.
• Experience with Helpdesk software, Autodesk a plus.
• Microsoft Certifications a plus.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Exchange
• Ability to Multitask, manage several calls and tickets concurrently.
• Excellent communication skills with team members, both written and verbal.
• Most important, excellent phone skills, Polite, personable, and professional.
