Job Summary:

This is a role to support the Marketing Manager with the planning, management, and execution of marketing communication efforts of clients within the RelationshipAdvocate software platform. No knowledge of this platform is necessary. The right candidate will be trained on the platform.

These efforts include, but are not limited to: Email Campaign Management, Landing Page Campaign Management, Content Management, Audience Management, and Report Management.

Job Duties:

The professional services associate will be required to manage individual client accounts and provide basic campaign consulting and management services. Campaign consulting includes: defining marketing needs, configuring platform tools to meet needs, reporting on campaign results, optimizing email campaign properties, planning campaign frequency vs value and defining content strategy.

Can you think strategically and work with ambiguity?

Additionally, the associate will need to be able to think "strategically" about the platform and how it relates to the end-user experience. Attention must be paid to end-user pathing through landing pages, email campaigns and through content. An emphasis on matching strategy to technology has to be made.

Are you web savvy and have an eye for detail?

A genuine comfort in using the web and web-enabled tools is necessary. Simple knowledge with social networking sites (i.e LinkedIn, Myspace, FaceBook) that promote familiarity with content publishing, image posting, HTML editing, and site design is a plus too.
